"Aha, so you do speak!" Timo chuckles, pausing in helping Ivan out of his coat as he brightens up completely. Not that he was worried. All right, so maybe a little. He's too old to not speak. And too old to struggle over the grammar like that, surely. Timo tries to think back to how well he could speak when he was that age. But he was speaking three langauages by then, all mixed up together and that at least triggers another thought. "Would Swedish be easier? Or Russian?" He asks, trying each language in turn. Surely it won't be anything else? He knows that his brother has travelled, but they wouldn't have sent him a child that he can barely speak with, would they?

He resumes helping him out of the coat, though, aware they need to get him warm and dry as soon as possible. "Are there dry clothes in here?" He asks, a hand on the suitcase once they have the coat off. "I'll get you some milk - and some soup - but we need to get you dry and warm first."
